    Tai Chi

    I've done tai chi and qi gong for about 2 years now and have to say both are a great exercise that's non strenuous for the body. In terms of mind, it definitely helped me see things in a different way - more energy flows and positivity so id say do it!!! :) Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    Exercising at the gym

    Love the photo thing in this so I know I'm taking a lot of pictures :) This is me starting at the gym again after a week hiatus - at the moment I do the cross trainer as it seems less exhausting that running. I only do cardio as I'm just trying to tone and maybe lose a dress size or 2...

    I know it doesn't look that appetising, but I go for a thin base pizza - normally loaded with ham and then when I have a salad I go for the above :) sweet corn, beetroot and a bit of potato salad! I love potato salad, but very much a great :) Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
