Hi, want to ask do diarrhea cause raised reading because I having the highest reading I every seen since diagnosed last year and I am on low carbs. I force to inject up to 6 unit to correct the high after meal reading.

I been adjusting my correction bolus a bit this few day because i notice my insulin sensitivity factor changed a lot compare to when i was diagnosis, is this normal. Last time i was 2.1 mmol/L per unit now is 2.3 mmol/L per unit.

I just want to ask is type 2 that use insulin also do Basal Bolus like type 1 or their just need basal. I confuse a bit because type 2 also have non insulin user and also have insulin user.
