    I'm in the Army and the Doc wants to do full bloods check in about 2 weeks time when I am next in on day shifts. I got a pre D result about 2 yrs ago (42/43 mml) but have followed a lot of the advice on here got fitter and hoped for the best lol. I no longer eat Bread, rice, cereal, pasta etc...
