Yes indeed. Lessons learned. My pharmacist gave me some test strips to see me over till I can get a prescription for them. She also rang round to see if any other chemists held libre stock that I could buy. They don't! Feels very weird not having my sensor on I must say.

I agree with Shannon. I now put new sensor in place but don't activate it, 24 hours before it is due to be activated. Does mean you are wearing 2 for 24 hours but not really an issue. I have been using mine for 3 years now and rely on it totally. Very rarely do a finger prick.

I get DP every morning and have failed to find a solution. But when I am on holiday I do not get it! In fact I wake very low and have to adjust for that by lowering my Lantus when on hols!
