7.7 this morning. That early morning reading is annoying me, how can it be the highest of the day when it's my fasting reading?

Thanks, will definatley give that a look. Havent really been carb counting in particular but I suppose I should be? One problem I had was that we didnt know what a high carb/sugar count was.....trying to educate myself abit so I know for future. The first few weeks shopping was tough going!
