    How to eliminate air in the cartridge

    One would think this would be easy, but these insulin cartridges don't work as normal syringes. The needle that you insert seems to be a bit longer that needed and it's really difficult to get the air out. Does anyone have a useful tip for this?

    Living with type 1 in hot countries

    Hello! I was wondering how do people deal with DT1 in countries with hot climate (Middle East, India, ...) since you're not supposed to expose the insulin to temperatures higher than 25 degrees celsius. Do they have to keep insulin in the fridge or do they have another strategy? Thanks!
