Thanks so much. I got a message today from Medtronic - they have agreed to send me another box out while issue is being resolved. The saga continues but at least I will have necessary supplies for a couple more weeks.

I feel that my DSN who I have been with for 8 years is over-stretched. I started on the pump end of November last year - I have received very little help with it. It is difficult to get hold of my DSN. She has a heart of gold and wants to help but has a huge load! I feel I need a dedicated pump...

I'm looking to change my diabetes clinic as I'm not satisfied with the support I'm getting - only be on the pump since mid-November 2016. I'm interested to find out what makes others confident in their diabetes clinic. Thanks Catherine

Anyone used hot tub while using their pump? I have Minimed 640g. First time for me - I know I have to watch my blood sugars - used a hot tub while on MDI. Did you disconnect your pump or leave it on? If I disconnect - should I cover the cannula? Thanks for your input! Cath
