hope your ok. i know its scary to go and talk to someone. i didnt when i needed to. i am now eating more sometimes to much. but i am trying to control it now. keep us updated with how your getting on :)

i used the 5mm needles when i used the pens. but im on the 8mm now with my pump. i still get bruises its just where i hit a vein or whatever. bit annoying as i take a long time to heal.

no the pump doesnt do continus mesurements. but i wish it did sometimes lol i test 5 or more times a day. i wish there was some amazing machine like what your talking about that would be brilliant, they have made the pump maybe they will one dday.

i usually weigh about 100g of white pasta and have that and im on the pump so i programme my pump to give me little bits of insulin on 30mins and that works quite well.

since ive been on the pump my sugars have beeennn so much better everytime i do my blood now i read the number and i feel happy inside hahah :lol: it took me about a year maybe to get one. felt longer though i had a cgms last year twice. that didnt help me at all. i didnt need to go on...

hey nice to meet you too. in on the accuchek aviva combo the one with the meter and its a remote aswell getting on well so far just trying to get my background basal rates perfect lol

i have defo put weight on since being on the pump, i have been on it just over a month now. i defo need to go on a diet and try and control myself because i have been eating a bit more aswell. not good.

i am always eating sweet stuff, its sooo hard for me not to eat them, i am always tempted by them because i have such a sweet tooth :(
