Hi, Januvia works functions by blocking the liver dumping sugar into one's blood and stimulating the production of insulin. Thus in thory at least a hypo is possible. Is this the case? If so what precautions need to be taked. Thanks for reading

Well, Boots sound generally pretty professional and careful. Only sorry I don't have a local store. I take five or six different meds every day and it is a concern what such a concoction could do to me. All power to boots I say.

Hi Thanks for your replies. I first had probs with my shoulder seven years ago, five years before being diagnosed with diabetes. The hospital got me over the worsed. Certain exercises now keep the worsed away. Guess I will have to live with it. Thanks.

Slow release did the job for me. But you have to ask even puch for them perhaps. SR cost the NHS more so they try you on the ordinary metformin. But if you need SR you need SR. Take care
