I take the usual - vits A, B, D, K - get my vitamin C from oranges rather than tablet form... although that's because I want to make sure I get all the vitamins and supplements x

Just a quick question, really. My boyfriend LOVES Nando's... and so do I... and typically, I get a chicken pitta (or half chicken if trying to cut out the bread) and rice/corn on the cob. Wanted to know if anyone else liked Nando's and what they ate, and how it effected their blood sugar...
