My mum changed her sensor on Friday, and since then, the low and high glucose alarms haven't worked. My mum put a new sensor on last night, and went hypo today...she then noticed her sensor alarms weren't working, even though they're turned on. It says at the top that alarms only work when a new sensor is started. Has she done something wrong when starting this new one? How can we fix it?
