i appreciate your comments but I think it’s something more than that. I don’t know anyone else in my life who has it which means it is rare and medical.

    Foot problems

Even if this may be so I still think it's odd that we need help with the structure of our feet. I don't think we should be getting plantar fasciitis.

How do cranberries come in natural form and where do you buy it and in what season. I've only ever seen it in a jar or juice. I've never seen it in real form.

    Weather and type 2

Well I forgot I did have a small throat virus with no fever. But as long as it's temporary fluid and not calories from sugar I'm ok. But let's say glucose levels increase from temperature, does that equal more calories stored in the body therefore weight gain? I find n winter I eat more and...

    How do yo cope

I didn't even know we were eating healthy until now as an adult I can see my mum coincidentally fed me perfectly healthy. I was never ever forced to eat more or expected to eat food offered from ppl until I became an...

Thank you. Yes I noticed ppl were mean whenever I was on top of my lifestyle and eating and weight. Then when they irritated me enough to the point of totally losing control I put on loads of weight and the very same ppl are laughing st me. I think I learnt my lesson here. None of them really...

    How do yo cope

Oh this is so true. They do seem to think it's only a temporary think. And yes you do get ppl who think they are more of an expert than you and tell you what you will or will not eat at their house/party etc. I especially love it when someone says 'oh come on, one cake won't kill you.' When in...
