    After being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, the Dr. suggested it might be a good idea to remove all the sugary and high carbohydrate foods from my fridge and cupboards, so I did that yesterday it was delicious ...[emoji23]

    Newly diagnosed Type2, Blood glucose monitors

    Hi all been recently diagnosed and sent off to the internet for a blood glucose monitor which seems ok but the test strips are not the cheapest can anyone here recommend a reasonably cheap monitor that more importantly has cheaper test strips.. Thanks for any answers.. M.
