Was diagnosed about 2 months ago im only 22 i have noticed my feet keep gettimg cold and going quite numb like when ou fall asleep on your arm my sugars are also well controlled between 4 and 7mmols most of the timeis this normal?

I read on a site that it will be availible on the NHS from november does anyone know if this is true? I check my bloods quite alot so it would help me out so much :)

Im type 1 and i go to the gym 5 times a week i drink protien shakes only on the days i go to the gym and i eat a high protien diet and drink plenty of water my glucose levels are in perfect range its just trial and error to see whats right for you everyones different :)

Yeah i will do ill probably get a takeaway i eat healthy all the time so i think 1 night wont hurt thank you for the advice i will keep on top of checking my sugars anyway :)

Its today that i am drinking i have had 3 vodkas no change in BG so far so ill see how i get on and let you know:)

Hi thanks for your reply i feel abit better about it now but i will cut it out for now just because it is new to me and quite overwhelmeing

@Jaylee thank you for the reply ive been checking my BG hourly as im abit paranoid it hasnt effected my BG smoking it but i see what you mean also makes me hungry for things i cant eat now ill probably cut it out for now until i feel 100% again :)
