    Agree with the boredom bit, for me I chop up some chorizo or polish sausage, just dried pork. With a really strong cheddar, hmmm, maybe a handful of peanuts too. Only allowed on the weekend though. Took a pot of the above last time I went to the pictures. .

    Yep, Monday to Friday for me is proper meal in the evening, (which gets smaller over time)with my fav of peanut butter and greek yogert to finish. Then nothing, just straight black coffee or water till the next evening.

    From another peanut addict, I keep things strict on schooldays and go nuts (intended) at the weekend. Works well on the OMAD route too. Doing it 5 from 7 takes all the stress out. I can be a little naughty at the weekend.

    Your nowhere near pre diabetic. I had to hit the low carb life pretty hard to get down to your level. Relax. My normal morning numbers are between 4.5 and 5.5 depending on the previous days. Can pop a 6.5 sometimes just because. Diabetes is like that.

    Tea with just butter & cream, and how often?

    Tea with cream and butter 3 or 4 times a day could get things moving a bit fast if you get my drift. Would be better without the cream for the full Fung bulletproof drink. I have a bulletproof coffee first thing. Maybe another in the afternoon if I'm flagging a bit but only then.
