    Started a very low carb ketogenic diet recently, overall it has worked very well my BG is pretty steady apart from a few highs (i think this may be due to hay fever) anyway i was on the phone to my dafne nurse and told her i was on a keto diet and explained the ins and out of the benefits etc...

    Hi Yeah its perfectly normal to sweat it all depends on the person and everyone is different, my partner teaches zumba and she is lathered after her classes and she is a non diabetic, as long as your bg is ok that is the main thing :)

    This is a good way to eat, i am currently following this way of eating a ketogenic diet it puts my body into ketosis to burn fat for fuel not carbs, so it is high fat moderate protein and very little carbs 50g or less i feel alot better and my blood glucose levels are near perfect

    Yes i am weight training & only cardio i do is lsd (long slow duration) like walking the dog really. This is my 4th day following keto so im still adjusting but just wondering maybe take tiny amount of insulin before workout? Also do you do a carb load?
