It’s difficult to trust a medical professional who doesnt have T1 themselves. I’ve talked to nurses who really have no clue about form function cause and effect of (trying) to live with T1D. Then again the shame, sadness and self hate is a personal thing.

Is there any such thing as cheese too stinky ? No. There are however many boring cheeses. Mold is king !
