Tested this morning 6.1
After a 25km cycle ride pre meal I tested 4.2, 2.5 hours later post meal I am 5.2 , can anybody tell me if that’s good or bad ?, I might add I have been sticking strictly to 130g carb intake

Last week diagnosed borderline and told to go low carb, I would love someone to explain the carbs per 100g thing and of which is sugar as I am finding it difficult to choose what to buy!! Many thanks
