    My Dr is still in the stone age when it comes to treatment of type Two....All I ever hear from her is to eat more (whole Grain foods) ...I wish she could tell me where to find True whole Grain foods now a days...Cause it aint in the grocery stores..?

    I am in agreement with that...The preservatives and processed foods are what makes up about 80 % of the available food in grocery stores.....In order to eat healthy one must stay focused on the perimeter of the store...That Is where the One item whole foods are displayed..

    I get control solution from Amazon.....You will need the brand of Glucometer in order to find the compatible solution.....It can be had in two..sometimes even three levels...Not too pricey either.

    I have 3 glucometers at home..Two of them are reading within a couple Mgs of each other..The other one is way High..My daughter is also diabetic and lives with us..She has a glucometer that is the same as the one that I have that reads very high...However her test strips are from a differant...
