Have another 3 social events this week too, all involving eating late. Will try to minimise effect by taking low carb food with me
Yes, it's hard to watch other folk tuck in, especialy if it's food you particularly relish. Our evening social life revolves around drinks rather than food, so hasn't proved problematic so far.Social life intervened again.

Thursdays event has just cancelled, so no more socialising until Friday now!If I had a social life like you @MrsA2 I’d probably eat after 7 pm as well.
