@Dinet As you can see we’re posting the times we finish eating so the answer is yes!
What are the usual things you eat for you main meal? Perhaps you’re not eating enough?

We met our self-imposed 6.00 pm target by a whisker on Tuesday evening.
I still feel pleasantly full at well past bedtime.

Night night all. Sleep tight.

Pleased to say all done by 6pm tonight.
Was concerned I was going to struggle to adapt back from holiday culture eating patterns. Both hubby and I were really hungry by 5 so we ate then and I made larger portions in the hope that would see us though, and it's worked. Neither of us are wanting or needing more and it's bedtime now.

As added motivation I put on 3 lbs while away, and I thought I was being good! Maybe it was the alter eating as much as the food/alcohol? Only time will tell.

I expect it's just water weight @MrsA2. That'll soon disappear.

Spicy food which is too hot. Nasty people who have no idea on your life journey but feel the need to comment and be cruel.

About 18:15 tonight after a late menu change. Had planned salad but it's so cold I made curry instead, followed by a warm lc sponge pudding. Winter fare!

Finished off the cottage pie and cauli mash by 5:30. I agree @MrsA2 not salad weather at all, in fact I was tempted to put the heating on for an hour but got my big jumper out instead ;)

Alcoholic beverages in my experience, give us a big energy bang for our bucks! So factor large in weight gain and weight loss.

And you know what I think anyway I believe? Any intermittent fasting regimen adopted long term needs to factor in holidays and social occasions, otherwise having type two diabetes diet treated would be beyond depressing! And, difficult to sustain whilst having a full life.

I'm pleased you did the time out from the eating window in Italy thing!

And I have no idea what 3 lbs means. Love it that Brits and Americans mean I get to use my dashboard converter.... it's less than one and a half kilos? - I think that's not a lot in the scheme of things! Did it keep you in the same BMI range? I think so? Or, are you measuring your waist? belly? or? Your BGs? (Or, all of the above?)
