‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

Polished off our evening meal well before 7.00 pm on Friday.
Good night all. Sleep well.

It was a close run thing, but we polished off our evening meal in the nick of time on Saturday.
Good night all. Sleep well.

Met the challenge on Sunday evening by a whisker; kitchen closed by 7.00 pm.

Night night all. Sweet dreams.

We were right on target once again Monday evening, kitchen closed by 7.00 pm.

Good night all. Sleep well.

Home from holiday and managed to get it all done by 6:30 so far this week. I’ve got out of the habit of posting so apologies for not doing so since being back on Monday.
Hope you are all well :)

Totally failed to hit the 7pm deadline yesterday. Was travelling for work yesterday for the first time since going low carb and was prepared with packed lunch, etc. Even tried to have early packed dinner on the train back home to have it before 18:30, but underappreciated how tired I'd be in the evening trying to finish some chores and prepare for another day of travels. Managed to stay off carbs, but snacking on cheese wasn't that helpful.

A learning experience rather than a failure: a) be extra prepared when it gets busy and b) don't leave stuff you can do now to later, you might appreciate less pressure if you need to take a break and hide away from the world (I mean food, really)

Who will join me?

I intend to do this for the rest of January- 10 days and hopefully I’ll have broken the habit by then and carry on.

I‘m not hungry, I suspect I’m bored and it’s becoming a habit. So I thought if there were a few of us that struggle with this it would be good to record our successes and make suggestions on how we coped.

@LivingLightly?
I'm currently trying this but 2 days a week I don't finish work till 7.30pm. But find my sugars are a lot lower in the morning.
