Hi @richard_m. Welcome to the forum and this challenge to stop eating after 7.00 pm.started 6 days ago 18.30 cut off 10 00am brekfast this is to change how fats are used by teh body did this about 7 yers ago very sucsesfull but slowly sliped
much more control now on freesyle so ajusting inslin better
