‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

It was a close run thing, but we polished off our evening meal in the nick of time on Thursday evening..

Yeah, it didn't happen. Had another lesson on what long and tiring tiring days do to my resolve. Not that I forgot the original learnings, just that I didn't have a chance to do anything about these. But today is a new opportunity to get it right!
 
Last food at 18:30. I had to fight some of my deamons late last night to avoid snacking and quite pleased to say I managed to stay snack free. I've realised that for me, staying on track is not just about focusing on doing the right thing one day at a time. It is about focusing on each craving and choices I make around these one at a time.
 
Done with food just before 18:30 last night. Mentally preparing (and food planning) for two days away for work later this week as these tend to derail my plans.
