I hope not, hydration is important and hot drink stops any cravings for anything elseDoes this include cups of herbal tea, decaff and water?
Thanks, I wasn't sureI hope not, hydration is important and hot drink stops any cravings for anything else
You're certainly on safe ground with water and herbal teas @Lainie71. Not so sure about the decaff though. Some like to add milk and that could complicate matters.Well I am jumping on again, yesterday I stopped at 7.20 pm so hopefully I can close the kitchen at 7pm. Does this include cups of herbal tea, decaff and water?
I'm the same work to 6pm and then by time I come home and make/have dinner it is about 7pm so not able to do it but I will try the 12 our fasting as not heard of this but can manage it. Will have to be more strict at weekends.I often see advice about not eating too late with times like 6pm or 7pm mentioned.
I thought this was about having no undigested food when we go to bed so doesn't it depend what time we go to bed?
I write this as someone who works until 6pm most evenings and then goes to the gym before cooking dinner from scratch. So, it is not possible to finish eating by 7pm (even if I batch cooked at the weekends) but my bed time is midnight so I am not concerned.
