I try to make sure I'm full enough by 18:00 to go right though.
I put an imaginary but very firm "kitchen's closed" sign on the door.
I also know now, that if I go to bed a little hungry or peckish, I'm going to wake in the morning not needing to eat straight away. A little hunger isn't a bad thing (no matter what the snack adverts tell you!)
have you reduced your metformin.and have ideas from roy taylor about trying to delay eatingu ntil 11am.i lost 7ibsDown to 11 st 7ilbs and found i could manage with one 1000mg of metformin.
