have you reduced your metformin.and have ideas from roy taylor about trying to delay eatingu ntil 11am.i lost 7ibsDown to 11 st 7ilbs and found i could manage with one 1000mg of metformin.I try to make sure I'm full enough by 18:00 to go right though.
I put an imaginary but very firm "kitchen's closed" sign on the door.
I also know now, that if I go to bed a little hungry or peckish, I'm going to wake in the morning not needing to eat straight away. A little hunger isn't a bad thing (no matter what the snack adverts tell you!)
