10 portions daily of fruit and veg according to radio

I seem to recall Zoe Harcombe doing research reviews for the science behind both the 5 a day and the 7 a day. I'll be surprised if she doesn't do the same for 10 :D

Dr Terry Wahls recommends 9 cups of veg a day for her autoimmune diet, 3 of which (from memory, so don't quote me) should be cruciferous and the rest leafy greens and colours. She seems to be having a lot of success but she's a firm believer in organic (preferably home grown).
