11 Months and 2 Days.

That's how long it's been since I received my diagnosis of T2D. I immediately found this wonderful community (I still read, even if I don't write much these days!), hit the ground running and, I'm delighted to say, on 21st May, my HbA1c came back as 42 - the magic number (in spite of my persistently super-high liver dump that spikes me, some mornings, to 7 or over).

It works, quite simply. LCHF has turned my life around. This community has turned my life around. Carbs are gone forever.

I'm so grateful. Thank you all so, so much.
