2015/16 Football Season

Saints beat Man U 1-0, with a last minute goal from new signing Charlie Austin, who came on towards the end of the game and almost immediately headed in a free kick from James Ward-Prowse.

... and there was me thinking that Austin was just a rubbish '70s car brand.... :D

Up to eighth, now :cool:

So glad Saints beat Man u today.Thats the double over them this season.Best i go and celebrate with a whisky or two. :-)
 
Good turnout today 7,461 can't grumble about the result we played well and they upped it 2nd half

Don't want YORK to go down wish them well

Ups and downs of what's gone for everyone.
Haven't been here since our record breaking win at Barrow, still can't believe we won that, from being 3-1 down with a few minutes left.
Still shaking my head! The number of travelling fans who missed it!

Anyway back after a week off and all the way down to sunny Kent, in the league against Bromley! A long day out that one!

Not predicting anything except to say I think we won't win just in case I jinx us again!

Playing Liverpool and Everton same season
 
Good win for the superwhites, 1-0 away at Bromley. Puts us eighth, just a couple of points outside the playoffs.

We could be in with a good end to the season!

A few family matters, work and my mind wasn't right for being on here.
But I'm back, but not as much!

I appreciate you keeping the thread going mate!
 
Oh yeah I nearly forgot!

My youth team won 4-1 today against one of closest rivals. First game in eight weeks.

So not a bad weekend for me!

Yeah, I had a bad week and a bad day as the we lost the wife's mother.
I wanted to get my head right before I go back to posting regularly again.
I was really pleased with the way the RH forum was going as well.
Until someone who I have put on ignore, was giving me some grief on another thread.
We shall see how much I want to contribute in the near future, you know I love my footie and been going regularly to all home and most of our away games and with working it will take time away from here. I want to keep the thread going and with your contribution John, it is in safe hands.
I only view threads now that I have real genuine knowledge about and I pick and choose my viewing, I do like yourself have to look after the missus as well, so my time is limited!!
Enough of this short post!!!!

Well the League cup final is between Liverpool and Man City i kinda knew it would be :D

FA Cup tomorrow Good luck to all those still in it. We play league game at home to Cardiff that will be a tough one a draw would be good a win would be very welcome :D:D UTT
 
At home to Torquay, if we are serious about playoffs, then a win is a must, it is as usual,
Rovers lose these games! So I'm going for a 2-0 defeat.

C'mon Derby!!!!
 
Well; a South Coast FA Cup Derby with a difference - Bournemouth vs Pompey.

I have only one thing to say: "Come on, Bournemouth"! :D :D
