2015/16 Football Season

Oh well we tried but alas ran out of time and lost 2-3 i knew it would be a tough one. :(

Well Noshers team hung on for a nice 2-1 win :):)

Wow, a good result that puts the mighty superwhites in the playoff position.
Wouldn't have believed it possible a few weeks ago.
A great first goal, totally outplayed Torquay, but had to hang on in the last few minutes.

Onward and upwards. Woo hoo!

Everton fans have collected 8k for the Cumbria flood appeal Everton FC have matched that and donated 8k

A magnificent gesture by both club and fans
 
Carlisle United and Cumbria flood appeal would like to thank 4 premier league clubs who donated signed team shirts for auction for the Cumbria flood appeal

Carlisle United wrote to all premier league clubs asking for help by donating a signed team shirt for Cumbria flood appeal

4 responded and the club and flood appeal extend their thanks to Everton, Newcastle United, Sunderland & Crystal Palace

The club will auction them on behalf of Cumbria flood appeal.

Many thanks to the Fab Four who responded
 
Carlisle United thank the following clubs supporters who held collections when we played them a total of £4,674 was collected fans from Notts County, Oxford United and Welling United

All money collected goes to Cumbria flood appeal
 
And finally Carlisle United thank Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers and Blackpool who staged our home games and Newcastle United for letting the players use their training facilities
 
Anyone seen this Man City youngster Patrick Roberts? We (Glasgow Celtic) have just signed him on an 18 month loan deal. Any views?

Singer and die hard Celtic fan Rod Stewart has donated £10k to Carlisle United the club are grateful for his support

Update from Everton supporters and Everton FC over £9k donated by each of them.

This is brilliant whatever the Everton supporters raise Everton FC promise to match
 
Setting off in 10 minutes for KO at 1.30

Everton will probably hammer us but I don't care about the result today if they do hammer us good luck to them I won't leave BP unhappy

Enjoy the game. Whatever the outcome, as you say, there will be a terrific atmosphere there.
 
Everton totally bossed it and were a different class deservedly won and won it convincingly

They could have racked up a few more to be honest and I expected a strong reaction from Everton after they lost last weekend and in midweek

I really don't begrudge them their win they played so well

Wow! Great crowd and quite a bit of cash for the Cumbrians.
Great response from the bluenoses. Thought other Merseyside big club would have done something similar but are well known around here for that, unless it is in their interest!
Wonder if the fa give you fa?

My lot won 2-0 this afternoon, good win, clean sheet, but made it hard for ourselves!
Just about played, bloody weather!

Nowt from the FA

Everton Newcastle United Sunderland & Crystal Palace only Prem clubs to contribute after Carlisle had asked all the Prem clubs to donate a signed team shirt to flood appeal that is a wonderful response from those clubs and says a hell of a lot about them
