2016/17 Football Season

Lost 2-0 away to Bradford City today with one remaining friendly on Monday night away to Penrith
 
After having good wins against Oldham and Blackburn, AFC Fylde come a cropper against a resurgent Rovers.
We smashed them 4-1, the only downside was it could and should have been more and no clean sheet!

Quietly confident for the new season!

Getting excited now, off down that there London, down sarf, for our first league game!
Bromley, booked in and bag packed for our jaunt.

Half time 0-0 pretty good half for the Town. Plenty chances but just couldnt get any in. (Twitter is a great way to keep up with the action) :D

I see Carlisle are drawing 1-1 and i reckon Mr Nosher will be pleased cos Tranmere are 0-2 ahead :cool::D

Yep good results Newcastle lost to Fulham on Friday night and Villa are in action this afternoon with Sheff Weds that should be a ding dong battle as Sheff Weds are a good side.
Leeds are also in action this afternoon with QPR i bet its a televised match Leeds got loads on telly last season i fail to see why cos they arent exactly a big side.

We are hoping to Tame the Shrews on Tuesday night in the league cup.

Funnily enough i just came past the bookies shop and in the window i saw QPR 2 Leeds 1 i didnt notice the price they were offering for that. If i was a betting man though id have put a fiver on Leeds to win. :D Guess we will find out at 10 to 2


PS they are half right i just looked now and its 1-0 QPR good job i didnt put a bet on Leeds :D
