2017/2018 Football Season

Good luck tonight Saints. Though from our point of view we need Swansea to win that would then mean Saints having to beat City on Sunday which would be a lot harder than Swansea v Stoke. We still need to play against Chelsea tomorrow night like we played City and there's every chance we could snatch a draw and depending on tonights result it could be enough. Tenter hooks again
 
Flipping eck Saints won 0-1. Now we really have to throw all we got at Chelski tomorrow night and try for a point and then we'd be home and dry regardless of Sunday. Its a blooming big ask but there again we asked on Sunday and got. UTT

Thanks. Yeah we sure need one and then we'd be safe and send poor old Swansea down with West Brom and Stoke. We have to get one tonight cos we wont get a chance on Sunday. Arsenal will wanna give Wenger a good send off.

Nah surely you are safe now ? Oh maybe not though cos Swansea could beat Stoke and if you lost to Man City then you could be in trouble if we were to get a point tonight or Sunday. Wide open still I guess

We're ten goals up on GD with Swansea. So - if we lose 5-nil to Citeh, and Swansea beat Stoke by the same margin, we're in deep doo-doo. Realistically, it ain't going to happen but football's a funny old game and all that..... Good luck tonight

Yeah you never know but being realistic I cant see that happening so you are safe Its between us and Swansea and as things stand now Swansea are down its 0-0 Half time If we can hold on for another 45 mins then believe you and me the roof will come off and there'll be a few drunks in Town I daren't speak too soon though. Please god let it end 0-0 or a win to Town

Yeah I reckon you will be. I cannot see you going down now. If you say got thrashed 4-0 then Swansea would need to beat Stoke 5-0 so I think the odds on you going down are very slim. I think we'll be having a trip to Saint Mary's next year and vice versa.
We have Wolves and Cardiff to play now as well and whoever else comes up. I think Fulham will win the play offs. Not really important though eh. Unless you go on terms of away milage then Derby would be our nearest of the 4 play off teams.
