2017/2018 Football Season

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas day. Back to the footy again. We got Stoke at home. Hopefully be 3 points to us. Good luck everyone that's playing today and if you are going to a game, wrap up well its wintery this morning. :)

Well after taking the lead in the first half. Stoke got 1 back in the 2nd half and it finished 1-1. I suppose a point is better than nothing.

Spurs battered the Saints 5-2 what a thrashing. Man Utd ended up pulling 2 back to draw 2-2 with Burnley. That was hard luck on Burnley's part.

Else where good wins for Carlisle and Tranmere. Well done lads good results :)

That's it for now next up Burnley at Home on Saturday. That will be a tough one. UTT :D

I got 2 exact score predictions today those were the Watford 2 Leicester 1 and Man Utd 2 Burnley 2 pretty impressed with that 110 points scored with the Liverpool v Swansea game at 5:30pm have put that as 4-0 Liverpool. Don't let me down Kloppy :D:D

Ho, ho, ho and a merry boxing day!
Thumping win and another three points and up three places in the league into sixth, now in playoff position, another home win on Saturday v Guisley will see us well into contention for promotion!
Still a long way to go but in form and scoring lots of goals!

Woo hoo

Well done Carlisle!
A point for hudders!

Saints! Aaaaggghhh!

Son went to Exeter yesterday to watch FGR which was a waste of time as the match was abandoned as the pitch was so awful:(

Well done. Hope you continue the winning way now :)

Well, we seem to have 75 million quid in the bank all of a sudden, although I believe that a bit of it has to go north of the Border. Frankly, the puerile way he's been behaving for the past few months, I'd have paid someone to take van Dyk off our hands, so this looks like a win to me and we've still got Romeu, although there is talk of Barcelona wanting him. Now, it would be nice to get someone who can score goals - but doesn't get three match bans for playing dangerously  - in the January window.

Well, I can dream, can't I? :D

Talking of Romeu, apparently he lives up the road from us - literally. How cool is that?

Let the reds waste their money!
Saints will be able to get a international premier league central defender for a quarter of the price.
I believe that that money if spent wisely will ensure survival.

I certainly hope so. Always a pleasure to take large quantities of money off Liverpool.............

Glad I went to Crystal Palace v Arsenal - 2-3. We started singing 'jingle bells, oh what fun it is to see Arsenal win away'....then realised that with 15 mins still to play there was still time for things to go wrong - and they very nearly did.
West Brom on Sunday then.

Funnily enough our away form is very good and we sing that quite a lot in the last couple of seasons. Especially at chrimbo.

Nice to hear from you @zand.

Football day again and we play host to the Clarets(Burnley) that will be a real tough one. Burnley are pretty much on Song at the moment.:D

Good luck to everyone else playing today. Hope you all get a win :)
Burnley are a tough team to play, though at least you're at home. Good luck. I see you're doing OK with 7 mins gone lol.
