Keep the up head ladybird!! I would say Christmas for a lot of us is the hardest and most stressfull time for us T2s. No matter how hard I try to be good, I know I havent been over Xmas, but am slowly getting back into routine. We are also in the middle of moving house for the first time in 27 years, just to add to the stress of Xmas. Just take small steps at a time, youll get there!! :wink:ladybird64 said:Hi all.
I'm under a lot of stress at the moment, have been since Christmas really and I'm having a bit of a hard time keeping my nerves in check. I have been very preoccupied with other stuff, haven't really been watching what I eat properly..just not taking much care.
Felt rough today, breathless and headachy, bags under the eyes that look like sacks, not really at my best.
I looked at the BG monitor, it looked at me (for the first time in ages) and I checked about tem mins ago-17.6 which I think is the highest it has ever been.
I feel so damned demoralised that I could weep, haven't been taking my BP meds or diuretics either. Things just seem to be getting a bit much but I'm not one for giving in so support to get back on track would be very welcome.
Thanks.
