3 month blood test

Well, had my 3 month blood test done this morning. Really hoping that my level has come down enough to avoid becoming full blown diabetic. The waiting game has started!

Hi Conor1974. Fingers crossed for you too. I'm determined not to let my levels take me over, and am consciously checking carbs and avoiding starchy foods. Have you made adjustments to your foods these past three months? I've just joined this forum so apologies if you have been posting before !

@Blaenbran yeah we have cut out potatoes almost totally, same with pasta. Also been doing more exercise as well. When I started the lifestyle changes I weighed 135kg. As of last night I was 127.3. Not a massive amount but it all helps and people have noticed the difference.
