3 weeks no weight loss

Hi was wondering how can you stop Insulin release so your body use stored fat I am struggling to to loss any weight and am sticking to 1300 calories and am going to gym 5day changing between classes and gym work out but I am just staying the same weight .
The answer is LCHF. Very little carbs=very little insulin, eat fat for fuel and the body will take care of the rest.
 
because i need to stay under that to loose wieght other wise im just back to where i was. problem with LCHF is i feel sick on it with all the fat
 
You´ll get used to it. If you starve your body it will hold on to what fat it has and refuse to let go of it.

The body isn't at machine with fuel in-energy out. Metabolism is extremely complex with a host of different hormones.
 
reducing calorie intake might help you ......there are a lot of calories in high fat foods

No wonder you don't loose weight. 1800 calories a day and low fat, that is lethal even for non-diabetics regarding the high carb amount that inevitably follows.
what high carb amount inevitably follows ?
 
And there must be some kind of cheese you like. Brie? Cheddar? Stilton? Italian style?
