Interesting, not many downward arrows. I can answer point 38 (Altitude).

When I enter an compression chamber which I do every week, they compress the chamber to the equivalent of 33 ft under water. My BG will drop to as much as 2 mmol/L, so I have to be cautious about BG before entering the chamber. When the session is over my BG goes back up, so I'm extrapolating when I suggest BG goes up as atmospheric pressure drops.
