The term “new normal “
Had to fly back stateside to take care of family business. Kinda got stuck in limbo with my flight back to Singapore being canceled. Decided to join a local gym and stuff my face.

3 hours a day under the iron, lifting as heavy as I can. Eating a huge amount of food, like multiple steaks, cartons of egg whites, tubs of cottage cheese. Just devouring meals every two hours.
I’ve gained 2.5 pounds.

I’ll be in quarantine from May 1st, till the 14th. I plan on doing a hard cut, a PSMF to preserve my gains and burn off fat. Hopefully it works. I’ll post my results. Lol

BTW, carbs is at 50grams per day, 1/2 cup of Quinoa seeds post workout. This seems to be the magic number for me to restore muscle glycogen stores.
 
It is odd how often the figure of 50 gm of carbs a day is given as the level people do not exceed and get good results.
It was my Atkins CCLL for a long time, but eventually the GP's diet sheet resulted in a diagnosis of diabetes. I feel I can blame it as going back to Atkins style eating resulted in a loss of weight and a return to normal glucose levels in under 6 months.
