8 years off the meds.

I used My Fitness Pal. It allowed me to set my goal weight taking into account my height, curren weight, activity level and what my weekly loss wants to be.
I logged every thing that went into my mouth and logged all exercise. It was all on me. I cheat I pay the price. I'm now back on it again and 2lb down in 5 days.
I use MFP as well, not 100% but when I need like being diagnosed with Type 2 back in January it's excellent for me to use. My dietician is on MFP and was so happy I kept my record on there, so easy for her to see what I'm up too ;)
 
I test before each meal as my doctor has asked. After one week on meds
Before breakfast Ave 8.8
Before lunch Ave 10
Before dinner Ave 11.6
So if porridge is bad what cereal is good?

Hi, sadly all cereal are not good for you. They are in carbs . For cereal you can grind sunflower and linseed and every morning have 3 table spoon of linseed and 2 off sunflower and mix with with milk, almond or Soya milk.
