A milestone 2 lb

    Finally a 2 lb weight loss, bringing total so far to 2 stone .
    It's taken the scales 2 months to move those 2 lbs although my body has gone down a dress size in that time.

    Yes! You got there! 2 stone’s a fair bit, and you’ve done it.
    I had a struggle back in the 1990s when I’d let my weight creep up; it took a year of total discipline to lose it again, but I felt so much healthier and happier when I’d finally done it.
