Hi everybody just found the site and joined. Type 2 using insulin for about a year. Will be posting a couple of gripes on other boards about my care in North Ayrshire hope to interact with you all soon

I love Ayrshire AND walking.
Head South, walk the Electric Brae , get some exercise, wave to Ailsa Craig for me.( If it's not raining :shock: )

I know the electric brae well .Nice part of the county Good golf courses. The open is at Turnberry soon. Is this Ailsa Craig any relation to Daniel Craig the latest 007. I know he is as hard as Granite. I think I lent her my curling tongs and am still waiting for her pal Paddy Milesstone to bring them back. He is away with the birdies

My later mother-in-law was a keen golfer and came from Troon, so I have walked a lot in that area.
As to golf, I'd rather take a dog than a couple of curved sticks and a tiny ball.
