"A new you in 42"

I'm sorry but I can hardly type... Ha ha ha
I've done 40 minutes brisk walking this evening.
Added to this, I've done 25 ups and downs, 5 of which I've just done. These last 5 were very difficult for me. Just try and do it whilst laughing!! The reason I couldn't stop laughing was because I had the SUSPMD (not sure if that's right) vision in my mind every time I went up the stairs!!!

Hey Scandichic,
I have a well hard daughter too. At Age13 months she headbutted me in the mouth. I lost two teeth to that. She had not a mark on her.
Take note anyone picking on me and my mate Scandichic.

Well when my daughter was almost 2 she ventured into psychological bullying. My mother is a big woman and has, how shall I say it?, ample bosoms. Anyway my daughter was on my mums knee and looked down the front of her dress and said "ooh look! You've got another bottom!"

Be careful, it's only a small step from there to stalking...

I'm going way off topic now but now I'm reminded of something one of my little students said last week. In literacy I had been explaining the importance of listening to all the ideas during discussions ... Because you can steal them!!! Last week we were having a spelling test and one child complained "H" is copying!! "H" replied "I'm not! I'm stealing his ideas!" I couldn't stop myself from having a chuckle there and then ha ha.

I think laughing should count as exercise. I can claim more than 30 minutes of that today thanks to you lot!

20mins run and a dog walk.
Am thinking of changing my exercise regime to piddling up and down staircases and nightie dancing. It sounds far more fun. Perhaps we should have a remote collective nightie dance and sprint up and down the staircase one evening. See who gets back onto the forum first and who wins points for style and artistic impression!

Hope you had good nurse consultation too?

Oh, dear!
Will someone please get serious? I am trying to keep to my task of going upstairs to the lav if I am downstairs, and downstairs to the lav if I am upstairs. I am laughing manically so much that i am TDWMDO
Tumbling Downstairs Wringing My Drawers Out.

Have you got a nightie for your dog so that it can PUALP ?
