Lots of hills in Edinburgh! That will be a great workout - window shopping and exercise all in a beautiful city!It was a good night. Lots of laughs .Knees feeling it today .
I have a house that looks as if its been tipped upside down like a snow globe and all the contents are dropped in a heap. Im going to push it into one corner ( like a mine sweeper) and sort it out.
Think Ill go on my bike in the garage after .Mind you I need to get out of bed first.
I'm going to a conference in Edinburgh on Monday so I'll be doing 30 minutes walking around Edinburgh on Monday and Tuesday night. Love Edinburgh so that'll be good. Need to watch out for the new trams or I won't make it to day 42 lol

Was partying last night.
Danced for hours.
Oh well done Jamrox. Last time I danced at a party was 4 years ago. It took me about 3 months before I could stand and walk a few steps after. Was partying last night.
Danced for hours. It was great to have the energy to out dance the younger folk lol.
Just wish id danced after midnight and could say id done my 30 minutes ...haha.
Oh well better get a move on and do my 30 minutes for today. Can't let the side down.

Well done (said with envy through gritted teeth)!5k run yesterday (wears an annoyingly smug expression on face)
Smug only because even though I still had to walk some of the worst hill sections I didn't feel completely knackered at the end - only moderately knackered!
Always enjoy reading your posts. Welcome back.just lucky enough to be able to do it is all, its all relative, I'm very impressed with everyones efforts
Phew Catching up...... started riding my bike home and to work (14 miles each way and hillllllly ouch) driving up reigate hill seems a lot flatter but hey ho, i only nearly fell off twice last night and once this morning so getting better with the pedals I've also nearly mastered the timing the traffic lights so i can keep my feet locked into pedals, only one near fatality doing this so far, my legs are gone but it must be doing me good right?.... right? we have been going out every night geocaching as my 11 yr old LOVES it hehe, i do too luckily but even if i didn't id have to go anyway, england playing football wasn't good enough reason not to go lol (thank you sky+), so a busy weekend finding treasure and on the mountain bike, which is cool as my butt needs a rest from the road bike, the mountain bike seat feels like sitting on fluffy pillows after the spike they call a seat on the road bike, I've pretty much stopped runningcan't find the motivation but once the legs get used to the bike ill pick it back up, anyway well done everyone your doing great!
Steps and Talking Heads? Now there's a weird combo. Do you do the Tragedy dance?
Don't be put off cycling Pollylocks. Find yourself a cheap secondhand bike, or go to freecycle or somewhere. I cannot ride a bike any more, and miss the freedom it gave. You won't regret trying it, even if you don't like it, but probably have regrets if you don't try it......Shortly before we all started the 'New You in 42' our local bike hire shop closed down...just as I'd plucked up courage to hire one as my son had just bought a bike, needed someone to go with, wouldn't fancy it on my own....its very flat round here so would be ideal exercise....
...doh! so its back to the walking, 40 minutes yesterday and already done 30 today but will be doing some more later as the weather is good here, about time, its great walking along the seafront stretches for miles here not that I've covered that many but more enjoyable if you have good scenery, and rowers, kitesurfers, etc to watch, ..
Confession. We are all so virtuous lol
Steps and taking heads...strange combo.
Would they be step heads
..
