"A new you in 42"

:wideyed: i assume your joking???? time at the front???? :wideyed: your not expecting me to stay at a certain pace????? :hilarious: no no no! and no! i will be wayyyyyyyy back! we will be in different temperate zones!..... seriously am i supposed to ride along in a bunch of people like i see other folks doing? i dont think i can do that :sorry: i suck

Lol,
Knowing how determined you are you will be leading out the peloton before long! Mr thighs of a body builder! ;)
Don't worry - nobody will be left behind on the ride. I still have to stop to have a glug of water or else I'm a liability! Still wobbly, but really enjoying it! :D

.....spent a lot of time walking the last two days because of the airshow and all the things going on in various places here but really it was more of the 'strolling' type, back to 'brisk' at lunchtime!

Have a great day all..:)

Lazy. So I'm lying in bed being lazy when I saw this. ...

Um, yes, maybe I need to print that out as I was too lazy to go out early this morning. .....note I only said 'maybe I should'....not that I will
Think I can claim to be lazy champ. Don't get up until9:30. Usually everyone has put their 30 mins in well before then.

Ok, I am over being lazy for today.
Just back from an hour of aquafit. All fuelled on a cup of lemon tea for breakfast. Going to have a light lunch, then it is about time I tried to use the vacuum cleaner and duster, as I believe that would count as more exercise. I have not tried this since I had major surgery in January, but I think I have exhausted the invalid convalescence excuses now.

Ssssshhhhhh! Don't tell hubby the last bit....he still does the vacuuming because I was unable to for a few months after my op.......it's now over 18 months ago......ssssshhhh please, I hate vacuuming.

I know, but the perfectionist in me that keeps returning prefers it if the vacuum cleaner actually reaches all corners of the room.
I just did 2 rooms, and it took 40 minutes. Too pooped now to do the polishing, and window cleaning, but well impressed with my efforts and tomorrow is another day. Will rest a bit then have a slow, very slow stroll down the road in the sunshine.

Made a pledge to myself to match minute for minute exercise with forum time.
So have to move a bit more if I want to post more.

lol, yeh I know what you mean, maybe I'm only a perfectionist when it suits me!

Good idea that.

30 minutes on bike in only two sessions which is something of an anxiety breakthrough for me as usually around the nine minute mark I start panicking.

Do you realise that we are over half way :)
We are all commited .
600 calories on an hour on my bike after work.
Absolutely shattered and recovering now lol.
On a positive note I lost another pound.
1 to go and I will have lost 1 stone.
2lb less and I will be 10 stone something. .:)

Only 30 minutes at lunchtime today. I just didn't feel like walking any further. Still it's enough.

Yes it is enough Julifriend. You have stayed with the programme, often exceeding time pledged, so 'only 30 mins' is good.

I know this is meant to be about exercise, but I don't know what I want for my evening meal....would it be very wrong to have 681 calories of .....cheese?

Yes exactly! I've added a few bits and reduced the cheese to 527 calories worth. I just don't fancy eating at all, so the only thing I want is.....cheese:)
