"A new you in 42"

I wonder if someone, one day, will invent a loo with pedals? We could then have a self flushing system.

Oh well! That's it now! Enough is enough! I'm getting too silly! I'm going!

At the risk of sounding really boring, I did a 45 minute brisk walk today :arghh:

Morning all! I did the new workout at the gym this morning that I was sent by my trainer. My thighs are on fire and I need a wee. I don't think I can make it up the stairs.

Well I've just ordered a rowing machine  - not just for me, but my wife and daughter will be using it too. See if I can find that six-pack that I'm convinced is still under there somewhere.

Inspired by yesterday's frivolity, I was up early and away to the swimming pool.
25 minutes swimming followed by by 20 minutes aqua exercise. Felt great to move so freely, but not up to stair climbing much today. Thinking about walking around the shops a bit but perhaps a snooze needed first.

I want to be in but can only commit to weekends and holidays. The problem is I have a massive work load and a young family. I also do the shopping and the evening meals. My husband cooks cooked brekkie and does the kids pack ups whilst I shower them and me. He showers after we've all gone to school. In addition, he does all the washing. Before going to work. He doesn't get in till 6:45 so we all eat at 7. Once were done, I prepare work and mark stuff. Till 10-11. Except Wednesday when I feed each kid separately and ferry them to their separate clubs and don't have time so make up for that day by working at least part of one day of the week end. I am planning to do my 42 days in the summer holiday and will exercise every day in the Whitsun week. :)
I am really exhausted now :)

Hope you get some rest scandichic this May holiday x

Persistent drizzle at lunchtime was not suitable for a long walk so I had to settle for 35 minutes today.

Zero today feeling pretty sorry for myself, had the cysoscopy thingy, it was awful, id have to be dying to do that again

Went to Cragside. Walked round garden and house for two hours. And I'm sure my frisson of annoyance directed at the couples trailing very small and bored children round a Victorian mansion burnt a few extra calories off.
