"A new you in 42"

Going to struggle to get my 30 mins in today. Not feeling too well, and have to go out for a meal tonight. (It is a Christmas celebration already been postponed twice). Will try some Pilates. At least I can do that lying down.

...weather very muggy here today again, so my hour walk along the seafront started off as brisk, ended up more like a stroll, better than nothing...

....sometimes I want to exercise sometimes I don't, am determined though as I definitely feel better for it and won't give up as everyone's so dedicated, its the support that keeps me going, I want to carry on after the 42 days..

Hope you feel better soon. The evening out might be a tonic. Getting together to have a good catch up with everyone. Take care.

...Pedro needs a **** good slap when he returns, zand, will teach him not to go wandering off on his own clocking up the mileage without you...:shifty:

...Your son will be the envy of millions, the atmosphere will be fantasic I think, and he'll always remember it...:)

..55 minute walk, just made it back for the afternoon shift....

..lovely present julifriend..:D
Found Pedro in my son's bedroom under some travel books. I gave him a few slaps, not just one. Got an email from my boy! He was behind the goal where Robin Van Persie scored that awesome header. He said it was amazing because from that view you could just see Spain's formation being pulled apart. His next match is Germany v Portugal, so he'll be watching England on the big screen tonight.

My back is a bit better so I will do some more stretches and then a gentle walk later even though I'm not really in the mood.

That's it, zand make Pedro do extra time for going missing.

You know the big change is that we are all thinking about how we can fit it in now.
Before all this I used to think " don't have time today " like you I now think "how can I at least do something" Ithink that has been the key to our success ,
Hope you have a great Christmas dinner ...low carb of course lol

It is going to be curry, no rice, no beer, no naan.

Went to boots to weigh myself. I'm hoping that next Saturday I will be able to report that I'm overweight!! :)

Well done.
Hurrah, I say with envy. If you had told me 40 years ago that I would aspire to become overweight I would have been most insulted.
I have only managed to become obese rather than morbidly obese recently.
