Great pleasure! Look no further than the UK for similarly useful names. Here in Suffolk we have Gosbeck, which my doctor uses as in "This stethoscope is utterly Gosbecked!" There is a wonderful little book called The Meaning of Liff, offering definitions for place names around the world.
