hello everyone, well the weight loss has begun to slow down a bit, and while I've lost a fair bit of weight, I still have another 3 stone, at least to drop.
I'm happy with LCFF but now that things are slowing down, are there any tips you guys can offer to maintain my weight loss?

It does plateau a little doesn't it. For me, I take the dog a little further on his walk.
I also work full time at the moment, and that has also helped!

Maybe reduce plate size again!

I'd say keep up the good work! :D Almost 2 stone in 3 months is fantastic! My top tip is to keep at it and don't get discouraged with slower rate of loss - the more you shed, the slower it becomes, it's natural.

Firstly well done so far. Do you tend to eat the same things regularly, if so could be worth mixing things up a little by trying some slightly different foods or combinations? You will get there

I'm having the same trouble don't know how to solve it, I'm having more salads with a drizzle of olive oil in the hope that will do it as I don't have many salads see if the change will start something

I'll need to branch out a bit I think.
I enjoy a salad, but my meals are getting a bit "samey" lol, I'll have a good browse in Asda tomorrow, see if there's anything different grabs me.
I start my summer hols from work on Thursday, 6 gorgeous weeks to myself, so I'll be upping the old excercise too :angelic:

I have salad for lunch most days but try and mix up what goes in (apart from my staple food of feta cheese!). Currently having spinach rather than lettuce (although I love a good iceberg), today had rocket, radish, cucumber, peppers and a couple of baby plum tomatoes. Other days it might be avocado, or fresh pea shoots, olives, cress. Fresh herbs can also make a difference - had a bit of mint in it last week. I'm a veggie if you are wandering where the meat/fish is!!
Hope you find some inpsiration.

Yes...portion control, weigh everything that you eat,and you will find that the weight will drop steadily.

my personal opinion. weight loss is not linear. body has reached some level of homeostasis. just have to stick with it (i know..easier said than done) until the body decides it's ok for you to start losing weight again.
