Just over a year since my full diagnosis.
Hb1ac 58 . 15 stone. Five foot nine.
Doctor and pharmacist scared the living bejesus out of me.
14 months later . 3 metformins a day .
12stone 6 hb1ac 41.
That was harrrrd work .

I hope that you have found a sustainable way of maintaining this.
Your HbA1C is in the normal range (for the UK) and although your BMI says slightly overweight, you have done really well.
